Do my customers need any special accounts or setup?​

No! Loyalteez automatically creates a secure account for each customer behind the scenes. They never need to install anything or do any technical setup.

How do customers earn LTZ?​

You configure the rules in Settings → LTZ Distribution. For example:

  • Sign up → 100 LTZ
  • First purchase → 500 LTZ
  • Referral → 1,000 LTZ

How do customers redeem LTZ?​

They visit your perk marketplace (or your website with embedded perks) and "purchase" perks using their LTZ balance.
